It is our goal to give you software that currently tracks customers very well
and will grow into something with features you need
to help you run your business more automated and efficient.

You agree to be bound by this Legal Agreement (read carefully)
1. This is a limited time FREE use of the software.
2. In return for your suggestions and feedback on the software, for a limited time, the software is at no cost.
3. There may be bugs or errors in the software, some we know about and some we do not.
4. You are accepting the software "AS IS" where we are not responsible for loss or damage caused by this software.
5. Prices for the software will be based on usage (number of clients, users, data stored in documents).
Pricing estimate examples:
Single DJ booking themselves only would probably be about $100 per year
Magician booking themselves only would probably be about $100 per year
Wedding Planner booking under 20 weddings a year maybe around $200 per year
Entertainment Agency contracting over 100 clients a year and over 100 vendors/entertainers $350 year
These prices are approximate and based on usage and features you purchase
6. Your suggestions on new features become the property of our company with compensation to you at our determination only (Those that help the most will probably get discounts or free use of the software).
7. It is clearly agreed that you will not make any attempt to reverse-engineer or de-compile the software.
8. You agree not to try to inject code or otherwise attempt to get at the data like a hacker would to bypass security on the system or harm any data in the database.
All access to this system is tracked and logged so do not do anything to destroy this software or any other customers data
